The Covent Garden Hotel's Sake Martini – Recipe
To try something unique, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
