Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional images released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
